As  a naturally consequence, the photovoltaic increasingly asserting with huge investments in solar panels installed all over the planet., that needs activity to control and manage them.

SCS® system (based on an important technological innovation) is able to control handling or removal of photovoltaic panels, their energy yield and the possible blocking of production, where necessary.

The advantage of SCS® system consists in realizing a specific electronic control that does not require the addition of other power lines or radio frequency signaling, but is based on normal electrical lines of a photovoltaic system.

SCS (Solar  Control System) provides the ability to monitor the Performance, Attempted theft, and the block of energy production, of the PV systm with the possibility of defining the single panel.

 SCS System allows:

– An useful and fast installation : is possible the installation of the electronic defined “ES” in any switching cabinet of the PV with DIN rail.  the electronic system of the panel defined “EP”connects so through placind itself between the panel and the continuation of the string.

– The management of the system Local/ Remote. With any internet browser is possible to connect and control the system at any time, from any place.

The PV system DOES NOT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL CABLING, to those of the plant.

Anti-theft

For semplification, the application Easy Control, allows the control of the ATTEMPTED REMOVAL OF THE PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS
based on the analysis  “Day & Night” of the continuity circuit string (by measuring the impedance).

The simplicity and adaptability of  “Easy Control” allows economic application of systems already existing without affecting the productivity of the plant.

based on the analysis  “Day & Night” of the continuity circuit string (by measuring the impedance).
Economizing and giving up overall control panels  (available on  Total Control System)  and global positioning “patchy” unlimited electronic panels “EP” , you get a strategic “spot” check on the photovoltaic field.

Other important system function is the possibility to generate a radical block of enegertic production, that stand for blocking every single pv panel, where any natural events were to lead the safety of the plant (floods, earthquakes, maintenance facility of the plant etc..)..

Operation: 

With a simply push of a button security , system SCS provides real-time SHUTDOWN OF ALL ELECTRIC CONTEMPORARY of all pv panels of the plant.

Finished requires safety mode, it will be possible to restart the production of energy,
simply by interacting with the Master electronic ES (the control unit) of SCS system.

Maximum Security:

To ensure  “Maximum Security” system is based on the interruption of energy produced by every single panels of the plant. This is accomplished by blocking the generation of a particular electrical control signal, entered on the pv system existing (power cabling), without adding any cabling and without adopting types of wireless communications: unsafe in such cases and too high noise levels inhibition of intereference field and various.
Naturally every single panel must be equiped by a panel electronic (EP), which recognize the control signal: the presence of the signal enables energy production, the absence excludes it.
